1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Keiron Green (trading as gaspr) ("we", "us"), operator of the gaspr application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

gaspr is a community-driven app that displays fuel prices, station information, and deals for stations in The Bahamas. Free features are available to all users. Paid features ("gaspr Pro") unlock additional functionality such as an ad-free experience, email price-drop alerts (push notifications coming soon), route savings, and offline access.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Submit fraudulent prices, fake deals, or spam reports;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of gaspr or third parties;
• Interfere with the security of the Service, including probing, scraping at scale, or distributing malware;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Keiron Green retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use within your selected plan.

6. User content

When you submit prices, reports, or other content, you grant Keiron Green a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep gaspr fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices shown are always current. Verify prices at the pump before purchase.

9. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Keiron Green's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of The Bahamas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
