We want you to love gaspr Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders placed with Keiron Green (trading as gaspr). To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@gaspr.app and we'll help process your refund.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile — cancellation stops future billing and keeps your access through the end of the paid period.
